If your project requirements are not complete, we can help define those requirements utilizing one of our detailed scope of work programs.


Upon project approval, our group will work with the Client, Design and Engineering team to manage the budget and develop a final project cost, in ready of contract preparations. As the construction timelines are finalized, full project procurement for all trade disciplines continues, in sequence with the schedule.


This group remains available during the construction stage to ensure continued compliance to the established project cost structure.

CONSTRUCTION managing group


Before permits and approvals are received, the Project Manager and Site Superintendent are already pre-planning the start of construction by finalizing site logistic issues such as temporary and permanent services, waste management, health and safety and site trailer set up. Our group utilize customized project management and scheduling software to ensure complete project control from start to completion. They work closely together to manage the construction efforts by all trade disciplines, resulting in a well coordinated project.


As the project gets started and moves forward, our team will organize regular project and health and safety meetings on site. Detailed record keeping for those meeting are prepared by our staff, for distribution to the clients, consultants, third party testing and inspection firms and all participating sub-contractors and trades. A major part of our site team's responsibility will be to monitor the construction timelines and ensure on site quality standards and project requirements are met or exceeded.


As the project is nearing completion, this team plays a major role helping to assemble the as-built information for the design group, organize the building system training and building maintenance manuals, containing the operational and warranty information, for the client's use and record keeping.

DESIGN group


If you haven't completed the task of bringing your construction ideas to life, let our in-house Design Group help you create a program which clearly defines your project requirement needs in the form of conceptual sketches and preliminary scopes, ensuring compliance with local municipal by-laws, approval authorities and the Ontario Building Code. This information will be sufficient to prepare construction budgets, from which the project viability can be determined. 


Once it has been determined that the project is moving ahead, the next stage involves forming the Team of Design and Engineering Consultants to create the drawings and specifications necessary for the permitting and construction stages of the project. Our group will manage the preparation of this information on a fast track basis, which will be sequenced in accordance with the preliminary construction schedule local Municipal permitting and approval formats.


Once approvals are received and construction begins, our Design Group remains involved through-out the project, attending regular progress meetings and managing the necessary reviews to ensure compliance to the construction documentation.


Upon project completion, the group will assemble an as-built record of the project and assist the Project Management Group in the assembly of the project close out documentation and warranty information.
